Annotation	Úvodní studie se snaží upozornit na momentum, tj. moment transformace a kosmopolitní obrat (U. Beck), v nichž se protínají a spojují komplexní procesy a jevy spjaté s utvářením nové formace modernity. V tomto teoretickém rámci jsou inovativně propojeny dva izolované diskursy: 1. sociologie kosmopolitismu a 2. současné umění a nové technologie.
Description in English	An introductory study of the book editors attempts to capture the momentum, i. e. a moment of transformation and the cosmopolitan turn (U. Beck), where the complex processes and phenomenons are related to the concept of new formation of cosmopolitan modernity. In this theoretical framework are interconnected two isolated discourses in innovative way: 1. sociology of cosmopolitanism and 2. art and new technologies („new media art“).
