AnnotationThe effect of various conditions of preparation on properties of the catalysts prepared by plasma sputtering wass studied and the activity in deep oxidation of ethanol was examined. The performances were compared with that of a catalyst prepared by conventional impregnation method. Apart from catalytic activity, properties of the supported catalysts were characterized by XRD, SEM, TPR, and Raman spectroscopy. Quality of the catalysts in the form of meshes was compared with that of pelletized Co3O4.
