    AnnotationIn this study, we prepared the Co-Mn mixed oxides supported on stainless steel meshes by simultaneous precipitation of Co and Mn nitrates in the presence of hydrolyzing urea under hydrothermal conditions, followed by heating at 500 °C in air.
