AnnotationPříspěvek se zabývá porovnáním účinnosti extrakčních metod za účelem zjištění jejich vhodné kombinace pro zpracování usušené matoliny. Výsledky získané z extrakce matoliny, réví a třapin budou následně sloužit k návrhu provozní aparatury zpracovávající vinařské odpady pocházející z České Republiky.
Description in EnglishViticulture has a very rich tradition in the Czech Republic, especially in South Moravia. During the production of wine, as in any other industry, different types of wastes are produced. These are, for example, the remains of must-pressing, the so-called grape marc, which is usually used on the compost or the wood mass produced by the pruning of the vineyards, called grape cane, which are pressed into wooden briquettes. Within our project, we are dealing with the possibilities of combining extraction techniques for the treatment of grape marc and grape cane in order to obtain extracts rich in biologically active substances (resveratrol, viniferine).
