The method conditions are optimized in order to reduce the background effect of complicated plant matrix, allow effective preconcentration and thus perform highly sensitive profiling of multiple plant hormones by ultrahigh performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UHPLC-MS/MS).
