Annotation	Cílem testování bylo ověření i) různých druhů fixáží (formaldehyd (1%, 4%), alkohol (50%, 75%, 96%), zmražení) a ii) délky fixace na kvalitu vzorků pro průtokovou cytometrii. Na základě získaných výsledků lze v závislosti na dalším využití vzorků pro dlouhodobou (více než jeden rok) fixáž doporučit 1% formaldehyd (vhodný i pro histologii), 96% alkohol nebo zmražení (vhodné i pro molekulárně-genetické analýzy).
Description in English	The aim of these tests was verification of i) different type of fixations (formaldehyde (1%, 4%), ethyl alcohol (50%, 75%, 96%), freezing) and ii) length of fixation on quality of samples used in flow cytometry. On the strength of obtained results is it possible for long-term fixation (more than one year) recommended (in dependence on other utilization of these samples) 1% formaldehyde (acceptable also for histology), 96% ethyl alcohol or freezing (acceptable also for molecular or genetics analysis).
