AnnotationCommunity composition of ericoid mycorrhizal fungi (ErMF) as well as endophytic fungi (ENDF) were affected by interacting host plant. While the putative ErMF community was structured by host plants at the genus level, the ENDF community was affected by host plant subfamily level. Composition of ENDF as well as putative ErMF communities were affected by elevation.
