    Description in EnglishThe study deals with the contribution of Jaroslav Marek (1926-2011) to the urban historiography and offers an analysis of his French study about Alleins in Provence in the 16th century in the context of Marek’s scholarly work focused on Moravian towns in the late Middle Ages and the Early Modern Period.
