abrasive water jet (AWJ) for the drilling of small-diameter holes in aeroengines
components. These components are sprayed with ceramic thermal barrier coating
(TBC). The required holes are typically 0.5 to 1 mm in diameter with a drilling
angle of 30 to 90 deg. The parameters of the AWJ were varied to study their effects
on both quantitative and qualitative hole drilling parameters.Workplace Institute of Geonics Contact Lucie Gurková, lucie.gurkova@ugn.cas.cz, Tel.: 596 979 354 Year of Publishing 2018
