Description in English Bone tissue has a great regenerative potential, therefore most of bone lesions are treated successfully using the conventional conservative therapy or by surgery. However, in cases of extensive trauma there are traditional therapeutic strategies limited.Tissue engineering is one of the modern approaches, which uses the potential of self-renewal capacity of own body by creating a permissive environment for the regenration and complex reparation of damaged tissue. This paper summarizes the most commonly performed medical procedures using BMP, which appears to be potentially suitable for clinical usage.
