AnnotationTo reveal how local chromatin modulates the splicing outcome we developed a new method based on Transcription Activator-Like Effector Nuclease (TALEN) technology. We replaced the nuclease domain with chromatin modifying domain and tested how TALE based targeting of histone methyltransferases and a demethylase influences splicing of the targeted exon.
