    AnnotationIn this study, a new FRET-based sensor for detection of DNA mutation is demonstrated. The sensor is based on energy transfer between a laboratory synthesized quantum dot (donor) and fluorescence dye ROX (acceptor), attached to complementary ssDNA molecules.
