    AnnotationProgram Scan is designed for writing applications by ion beam (Ion Beam Writting) on ion microprobe accelerator Tandetron 4130MC in NPI ASCR Rez. The program is generic and, if necessary, it is possible to control any scanner units at other workplaces controlled input voltage of 0 to 10V and deflecting controlled TTL logic signal. The program is written in the environment LabWiev2012 and is designed for the generation of synchronized control signals with advanced DIO card NI PCI6281.
