AnnotationChallenges of analysis of trivalent arsenicals for toxicological studies are overviewed. A HPLC-HG-ICP-MS method for analysis of unstable arsenic-glutathione complexes was presented, with a post-column hydride generation step to overcome the influence of acetonitrile gradient in the mobile phase.
