AnnotationThe application of monolithic butylmethacrylate-based capillary column to fractionation of complex sample was presented. The developed method was tested with a mixture of standard proteins and its applicability was also tested for cell-free extracts originating from methicillin-resistant (MRSA) and methicillin-susceptible (MSSA) Staphylococcus aureus.
