    AnnotationHPLC -ICP-MS method for analysis of unstable arsenic-glutathione complexes was developed. A post-column hydride generation step with on-line prereduction of As species by thioglycoic acid was included to overcome the influence of acetonitrile gradient in the mobile phase.
