We present the general condition in an implicit form. The condition is based on the value of the minima of a certain function. We show that this function is convex. Further an explicit solution for Euclidean systems is provided. Workplace Institute of Computer Science Contact Tereza Šírová, sirova@cs.cas.cz, Tel.: 266 053 800 Year of Publishing 2014
