By an appropriate choice of the bioreagent, the resulting functionality of the product, its hydroxyl number and reactivity depending on the content of primary and secondary alcoholic hydroxy groups and amino groups and thus to obtain a raw material for production of polyurethanes with optimum parameters according to the required applications.
