Backscattered electrons are detected by our BSE-Y AG:Ce3+ scintillation single crystal detector with high efficiency. Secondary electrons are detected by the newly patented izolation secondary electron detector with electrostatic separator (ISEDS), ionization detector of SE or by the newly designed scintillation secondary electron detector for SEM and ESEM. The presented result demonstrate the suitability and exceptionality of our ESEM AQUASEM II equipped with all above-mentioned detectors, specially designed diferentially pumped chamber and our hydration system for the study of problematic samples as are semiconductors or live biological samples in conditions of special dynamical in-situ experiments.
