The result is elaborated for normal controlled autoregressive models (ARX) and illustrated on a simulated example. The problem arisen as a substantial ingredients of automatic commission of adaptive controllers that is described in a companion paper. From this perspective, the paper serves also as an illustration of technology used within this broader context.
