AnnotationThe effect of dipyridamole on Body Surface Potential Mapping was tested in 17 healthy control and two groups of patients with coronary artery disease (CAD): 27 patients with obstructive changes on the angiography and 17 patients with syndrom X. ST-T departure areas differentiated control subjects from both groups with CAD, in whom were it similar. The mean average potential integral difference after dipyridamole increased in patients with syndrom X and trended to be negative in group with CAD.
