    AnnotationIn our work we use so called sheathless and electrodeless interface, where the separation is held within a long thin electrospray tip fabricated from silica fused capillary. Direct connection brings instrumental simplicity and prevents extracolumn band broadening since the separation capillary and ESI tip form one entity.
