Mikroskopické obrazy tohoto kmene získané za různých fyziologických a stresových podmínek jsou použitelné jako referenční vzorky pro analýzu buněčné granularity pomocí SW oCellaris Description in English Strain S.cerevisiae expressing Rpg1-TagRFP was constructed by intragenous tagging procedure based on homologous recombination with use of a cassette carrying the red fluorescent protein TagRFP-T and the gene encoding resistance to nourseothricin.
