    AnnotationBuilding blocks for the synthesis of supramolecular components based on adamantane-bearing benzylamines were prepared. The binding properties of these amines and their derivatives towards beta-cyclodextrin were studied using mass spectrometry, NMR spectrometry, isothermal titration calorimetry and semi-empirical calculations.
