AnnotationWe have detected antibiotics present in bovine blood and Mueller-Hinton broth according to their isoelectric points by CIEF. Then, we have determined vancomycin and ampicillin in milk and cream by CIEF and HPLC. We have to use solution-phase isoelectric focusing in non-woven fabric strip for pre-concentration of real samples before analysis.
