Measurement of crater parameters by a cellulose acetate - replica technique and a three-frame interferometry were used as diagnostic tools. The experimental results allowed us to distinguish two areas of target irradiation parameters corresponding to resonance and inverse bremsstrahlung absorptions, respectively.
