Annotation	This paper describes a method for registration of images in ultrasound sequences when contrast agent is administrated in blood stream. The proposed method is based on mutual information, image enhancement and automatic selection of multi-reference images. The registration process and the properties of the normalized mutual information are investigated and tested on real ultrasound contrast sequences from myocardial perfusion application.
