    AnnotationStudie se zabývá konfliktem mezi pražským arcibiskupem Janem Bedřichem z Valdštejna a českým zemským sněmem, především s vyšší šlechtou, v letech 1690–1695. Šlo o jeden z konfliktů mezi církevní a světskou mocí. Byli do něj zapojeni i vídeňský nuncius, papežský státní sekretář a císař Leopold. Dominanci získala světská moc. Ve studii se autor zabývá průběhem a dopady sporu pro český duchovní stav.
    Description in EnglishThe essay concentrates on controversy between Prague archbishop Johann Friedrich von Waldstein and bohemian estates, especialy noblemen in the Years 1690–1695. It was one of many conflicts between state and church power, in which was involved also king Leopold I., Viennese nunciature and papal court. The autor follows the progress and the impacts of the controversy.
