Description in English	The essay concentrates on controversy between Prague archbishop Johann Friedrich von Waldstein and czech estates, especialy noblemen in the Years 1678–1694. It was one of many conflicts between state and church power, in which was involved also king Leopold I. and Viennese nunciature. The autor follows the progress and the impacts of the controversy and argumentation of the individual parties.
