Terapeutický ateismus upřednostňovali především logičtí pozitivisté. Cílem článku je ukázat, že terapeutické zdůvodnění ateismu je z hlediska náboženství svým způsobem nebezpečnější než zdůvodnění metafyzické. Jestliže je přijmeme, pak se z náboženství stane soukromá záležitost a v důsledku toho sociálně marginální fenomén. Description in English The author makes a distinction between atheism in a metaphysical sense and atheism in a therapeutic sense. The latter was favoured in logica positivist circles. The aim of the article is to show that the therapeutic justification of atheism is from a certain point of view more dangerous for a religiously based person. If we accept it, then in the best case religion becomes a private matter and consequently a socially marginal phenomenon.
