Annotation	Konstituování města Brna v průběhu 13. století, sledovatelné na základě písemných i archeologických pramenů, představuje v rámci českých zemí nepochybně výjimečný příklad složitého procesu vytváření raného města. Ke klíčovým aspektům vzniku měst patří nepochybně existence městského práva, které se v českých zemích 13. století objevuje jako novum, které v průběhu následujících století vytvoří kvantitativní a kvalitativní protiváhu domácímu zemskému právu. Listiny zakotvující nejstarší podobu práva a privilegií města Brna pak představují významný pramen pro sledování možných vazeb mezi zemským a městským právem v rané fázi jejich vzájemné koexistence.
Description in English	The constitution of the city of Brno in the course of the 13th century, which can be followed on the basis of written and archaeological sources, represents undoubtedly an exceptional example of the complex process of creation of an early city in the Czech lands. The key aspects of the creation of cities indubitably include the existence of municipal law, which appears as a novelty in the 13th century Czech lands and which in the course of the following centuries will create a quantitative and qualitative counterbalance to the domestic provincial law. The documents embodying the oldest forms of Brno law and town privileges constitute an important source for following possible links between provincial and municipal law in the early stage of their mutual coexistence.
