Motýl byl dosud nalezen v letech 1997-2011 (duben-květen, konec července-září) na jedné lokalitě v Hostýnských vrších a na šesti lokalitách ve Vsetínských vrších. Biotopem byly vždy výslunné subxerotermní květnaté stráně a lesní lemy využívané donedávna jako extenzivní pastviny či občasně přepásané louky, které dosud obývá celá řada ohrožených druhů denních motýlů. Description in English The paper summarises all the known records of Twenty-plume Moth (Alucita desmodactyla Zeller, 1847) (Alucitidae) from Moravia, Czech Republic. All the records are from the district Vsetín (Wallachia region, Vsetínské vrchy Mts. And Hostýnské vrchy Mts.) The moth was recorded from seven localities, faunistic grid 6674: Vsetín (Jasenice valley), Huslenky (Losový valley), Halenkov and Nový Hrozenkov (Lušová valley); faunistic grid 6673: Vsetín (Semetín))), between 1997 and 2011. The adults arrive at light in late summer (July to September) or, following overwintering, in spring (April to May). All records are from recently abandoned or extensively grazed pastures, the likely host plant is Stachys alpina L., occurring at these biotopes.
