AnnotationFrom the tubers of Corydalis cava have been isolated 15 isoquinoline alkaloids. All compounds were tested for their acetylcholinesterase and butyrylcholinesterase inhibition activity. The best activities have been demonstrated by canadaline, canadine and corycavidine. Other isolated comppounds were considered inactive.
