    AnnotationThis article describes image processing and fusion of the MR images. T1 weighted (T1W) and T2 weighted (T2W) images are processed for tumor and peritumoral region detection. By the fusion of the T1W and T2W images with perfusion weighted images (PWI) is possible to image perfusion in the peritumoral region in the T1W or T2W image.
