In this study Amplex red reagent, an ultrasensitive method for detection the production of H2O2, is used to provide evidence of H2O2 production by the haemocytes of Galleria mellonella larvae. The results show that the haemocytes of G. mellonella produced a low level of ROS. Workplace Institute of Biophysics Contact Jana Poláková, polakova@ibp.cz, Tel.: 541 517 244 Year of Publishing 2012
