Description in English The author performed a quantitative analysis of various aspects of public procurement in the CR from the years 2006 - 2010, particularly with regard to what extent being achieved the lowest tendered price. One of the findings is that the financial thresholds used in the law have a fundamental effect on the accumulation of orders directly below the limits, and that reducing the limit would increase the number of offers and a substantial savings.
