Zabývá se uvažovanými možnostmi transformace parlamentního systému a zasazuje tyto koncepce celkového rámce společenského vývoje ve sledovaném období.
Description in English	Author considers in his chapter (Návrhy české pravice na reformu československého parlamentu v době první československé republiky) the viable alternatives to the parliamentary and party system in the contemporary conceptions of the estates and the estates parliament. These proposals document not only the course of the debate about possible transformations of the parliamentary system, but also the activation of certain non-democratic or antidemocratic tendencies in society and politics.
