These polymers are molecularly dissolved in aqueous milieu below cloud point temperature (CPT) of the thermoresponsive central block and above its CPT they form polymer micelles with diameter ~ 200 nm. A phenolic moiety introduced into the copolymer allowed radionuclide labeling with 125I ongoing in good yield with sufficient in vitro stability under model conditions.
