Samples were tested in comparison with sintered analogs. Microwave microscopy was used for mapping of the dielectric response of the as-sprayed as well as annealed samples. The results show differences in the crystal lattice between plasma sprayed and sintered sample in the case of MgTiO3 whereas CaTiO3 is identical with its sintered bulk analog. The reason can be found in sensitivity of MgTiO3 to the reductive conditions at plasma spraying whereas CaTiO3 seems to be rather inert from this viewpoint.
