Description in EnglishThe parer deals with a theoretical study of the influence of a butter gas and surface phenomena on the trapping of vapor molecules by nanoparticles (clusters). It is shown that buffer gas both decrease and increase the nucleation rate. It is related to two effects of buffer gas, namely a resistance from the side of a buffer gas against incorporation of vapor molecules into the clustres and a change of surface tension in adsorption of the buffer gas molecules on the cluster surface.
