AnnotationA new method for the simultaneous separation of cocaine and four metabolites in urine by CE-ESI-MS via a pressurized nano-liquid junction interface was developed. The LODs achieved with the field amplified sample injection method ranged from 1.5 to 10 ng/mL for all the compounds.
