AnnotationSubmicron aerosol particles in the size fraction PM1 collected in Brno in winter and summer of 2009 were analysed for both selected inorganic (ions, metals) and organic components (PAHs, hopanes and steranes, monosaccharide anhydrides, monocarboxylic acids). Special attention was paid to analysis of organic molecular markers to identify the major emission sources of aerosols.
