Annotation	In the study, the effect of sirolimus-releasing mesh on development of intimal hyperplasia in rats was evaluated. Sirolimus released from the mesh caused significant reduction of intima thickness of autologous vein graft interposed into the arterial bed in rabbits after 3 weeks
