Annotation	Článek sleduje spor českého romanopisce a žurnalisty Jakuba Arbese (1840-1914) s cenzurou. Zaměřuje se na Arbesovu dlouhodobou hanlivou kampaň vedenou proti místodržiteli v českých zemích hraběti Františku Antonínovi Thun-Hohensteinovi. Prostřednictvím dokumentů a novinových článků J. Arbese uložených v Památníku národního písemnictví článek sleduje strategické postupy, kterými se Arbes snažil vyhnout soudnímu předvolání.
Description in English	The article observes a discussion between the censor and the Czech fiction writer and journalist Jakub Arbes (1840-1914). It focuses a long lampoon by Arbes from the mid-1890s, directed against the Governor of Bohemia, Count Franz Anton von Thun und Hohenstein. Using documents from the Arbes Papers at the Museum of Czech Literature, the article considers the strategies that Arbes employed to avoid being taken to court.
