    AnnotationThe optimization of catalyst-solvent system for the tritiation of alfa-5-aza-2'-deoxy-cytidine was targeted on the shortening of the reaction time and on the suppression of the exchange solution – gas. The combination of Adams catalyst (platinum dioxide) and dimethylformamide gave better than 90% conversion in 75 minutes and about 50% enrichment by deuterium in model experiments.
