Pozornost je věnována, jak byl krajanský život vnímán jednotlivými aktéry. Součástí publikace je také obecný úvod k otázkám migrace formování českých menšin v zahraničí. Description in English This work discuss the Czech minority that formed in Bosnia and Herzegovina at the time when the Czech Lands and Bosnia and Herzegovina were part of the same state, during the existence of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. The book is rich in facts. It describes in detail the activities of the individual societies and social clubs, their membership base, interest and educational activities and their mutual contacts. Great attention is devoted to how compatriot life has been perceived by the individual actors. A part of the work is also a general introduction to the issues of migration and the formation of Czech minorities abroad.
