    AnnotationA great effort has been made to improve the photocatalytic activity of titanium dioxide by adding noble metals to decrease a relatively high bandgap energy and thus improve its efficiency. This study is focused on preparation and thorough characterization of the specially designed photoactive nanomaterials primarily the metal oxide semiconductors and their modified versions.
