Different situation occurs for liquids. Although the similarity should exist (cylinder cooling stabilizes wake), finding the value of c represents a serious experimental problem. A basic question remains: exists a similarity for liquids or not? This study revealed that the mentioned similarity does not exist for water. Moreover, more general statement sounds: if the kinematic viscosity of a fluid tends to fall as temperature increases the similarity does not exist.
