    AnnotationHigh power,high voltage PWM rectifiers with low switching frequency are analyzed in terms of attainable powers exchanged with the grid and their current frequency spectra for different grid filter inductances and for the different rate k = Udc/Udc min. Four-level PWM rectifiers with rated powers S = 2,4,8 MVA and the switching frequency 800 Hz per one switching element are considered, thus the controller sampling frequency 1600 Hz is used. Grid filters of L and LCL type are considered. Selected results of simulation as well as experimental tests on laboratory sample are presented.
