    AnnotationThe synthesis of the 8-C-substituted 2,6-diamino-9-[2-(phosphonomethoxy)ethyl]purine (PMEDAP) analogues was performed from diisopropyl 8-bromo-2,6-diamino-9-[2-(phosphonomethoxy)ethyl]purine using Stille, Suzuki-Miyaura, Negishi, and Sonogashira cross-coupling reactions, as well as Pd-catalysed reactions with trialkylaluminiums.
